Unseasonably warm weather, feeling more like May than early March, is forecast for Asheville this week before a strong cold front arrives, according to 828newsNOW. Areas of dense fog are expected across Western North Carolina on Monday morning before skies gradually clear. The National Weather Service forecasts a mostly sunny afternoon with high temperatures reaching the mid-70s in the Asheville area, well above normal for early March.
