Asheville and Buncombe County residents can expect mostly sunny and mild weather through Wednesday before a shift later in the week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Raleigh, North Carolina. Highs will reach the low to mid-60s, with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s.
The weather pattern will shift Thursday, bringing increasing cloud cover and a 40 percent chance of showers late in the day, the NWS reports. Highs are expected to hover around 63 degrees.
