Pollution and erosion threaten the French Broad River's ecosystem and recreational value, but Asheville GreenWorks is fighting back. The organization is spearheading a series of volunteer events throughout the spring and summer to help clean up and restore the riverbanks. The initiative is dubbed "Revive the River."
